Pike County Sheriff Charles S. Reader reports that on July 29th, 2015 Sheriff’s Deputies responded to 1762 Pleasant Hill Rd in reference to a tip of a possible active methamphetamine lab. Upon investigation Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office discovered a bag containing items commonly used to manufacture methamphetamine outside the residence. Sheriff’s Deputies made contact with thirty two year old, Dustin Cutler inside the residence, and eighteen year old, Olivia Young, was also located inside the residence and taken into custody for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. Dustin Cutler was later charged with Illegal Assembly or Possession of Chemicals for Manufacture of Drugs, a felony of the 3rd degree, and transported to the Scioto County Jail for housing. Olivia Young was also transported to the Scioto County Jail for housing.
