I would like to congratulate Dispatcher Bickers for being selected by me as the Dispatcher of the Month of May, 2017. He kinda reminds me of me back when I dispatched in the 90’s for Sheriff Travis. You know what I’m talking about Bickers. This guy works the busiest shift and loves what he does. I am so proud to have him on board at the Pike County Sheriff’s Office. He does an absolute great job and makes me very proud. Keep up the great work Bickers…. a big 👍 to you..

I would like to recognize my Narcotics Unit for the long hours they put in and for all the drugs they have been getting off of our streets. From left to right you have members of the Pike County Major Crimes Task Force consisting of members of the Pike County Sheriff’s Office, the Waverly Police Department, and the Piketon Police Department. In front, the Narcotics Unit members and Special Operation members of the Pike County Sheriff’s Office. Keep up the good work.

Can’t wait to go arrest everyone that think they may be getting away with selling illegal drugs in Pike County. With the help of Prosecuting Attorney Rob Junk and his staff, after all the cases are presented to Grand Jury, it will be one of the largest warrant round ups Pike County has ever seen. You guys Rock!!!!!

Sorry I did not mention your names so that you would not be discovered. I apologize for the picture of you being a little fuzzy as well, but you know who you are and I know what kind of job you’re doing. Thank you, you deserve praise…

***NO ONE ACTUALLY THOUGHT THAT I WOULD SHARE THEIR IDENTITIES, DID YOU? Lol.

I would like to congratulate Deputy Doug Reed for being selected Court Security Deputy of the Month for May, 2017. A veteran who served his country and now serving his county. I, nor the public can say enough about this Purple Heart recipient and the professionalism he shows in the line of duty Day to Day in completing his tour of duty each day by protecting our courts. Bravo Deputy Reed, your service does not go unnoticed.

I would like to congratulate Deputy Robyn Cottrell for being selected Court Transport Deputy of the Month of May, 2017 by me. She works midnight shift and everyday makes sure that no matter where Pike County inmates are being housed, she makes the trip and somehow makes it happen. Great job, keep up the good work..
