Pike county Sheriff, Richard N. Henderson reports that on Tuesday, December 9,2014, his office along with investigators from the US 23 Major Crimes Task Force, the Ohio Organized Crime Commission, the Ross County Sheriff’s Office, and the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 605 Circleview Drive, Waverly, Ohio. The warrant was a result of an ongoing investigation into the sale of illegal narcotics. Arrested during the search was Shad Mitchell Hannah (38 year old male) of Waverly, Ohio. Mr. Hannah was transported to the Scioto County Jail and housed on charges of trafficking in drugs (Heroin) and resisting arrest. The case will be presented to the next term of the Pike County Grand Jury.
