Sheriff Charles Reader reports that Inmate John Modie convicted of murder from Cuyahoga County Escaped from a detention facility in Hocking County. He may be in a Gold Jeep Grand Cherokee with possible tag number FMR5937 and accompanied by a black female, Cynthia Netter and a white female, Jessica Horsley. They are possibly headed south or toward Ross County, Ohio. Escaped Inmate Modie should have lacerations from razor wire and he should be considered ARMED AND DANGEROUS. If you see this vehicle or any of these individuals DO NOT APPROACH and contact local law enforcement by dialing 911.
