“In preparation for the winter storm moving in, I will have deputies and supervisors out checking the road conditions, including myself, from the moment it arrives until the storm subsides.”

“I have also made contact with the EMA Director, ODOT, and the County Engineers Office. ODOT and the Engineers Office will have trucks out until midnight Saturday unless something changes.”

“The EMA director has been in contact with the Red Cross and will call on them if a situation arises.”

“Please prepare for what has been reported as a storm with heavy snow across the area. Keep travel to a minimum, and if you do feel the need to travel once the winter storm arrives, slow down and use caution.”
