The Pike County Sheriff’s Office provides concealed carry permits on the following days

By Appointment Only
Tuesday  from 8:00 to 4:30 p.m.
Thursday from 8:00 to 4:30 p.m.

The CCW application can be picked up in person at the Pike County Sheriff’s office or can be downloaded at the link below. Also listed below are reference materials for the concealed carry class.
